ASHA not working after November update (Samsung Galaxy S24)

My hearing aid were working fine on my Samsung Galaxy S24 before the november update.

After applying the november update , the hearing ***** are not connecting anymore and it is not possible to pair them again.

My hearing aid (ReSound RU460-DRWC OMNIA 4 miniRIE) did work with streaming and phonecalls.

Not anymore , wich is very annoying because hearing aid compatibility was one of the main reasons to choose the S24 as my main phone. 

Anyone have a solution?

@Toni_W: I'm sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue with your hearing aids following a recent update. To troubleshoot the situation, please try heading to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > On > Tap the cog to the right of your hearing aids > Unpair. 

Now, head to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Hearing aid support > Bluetooth hearing aids (tap to connect) and follow the on screen prompts. 

Let me know how you get on.

Thank you for your reply,

Did what you suggested, unfortunately the hearing aid devices are still not visible. I did set the hearing aid in pairing mode, but still no response.

Update; After a few reboots of the phone the bluetooth pairing dialog came up, and i could pair the devices.

Still not clear why pairing was not possible after the update and even after a reboot and few more reboots i did pair.

Bottom line, it works now.

I have not received the november update for my galaxy s24 ultra. I have a 256gb unlocked varient , and it has plenty of space, I'm also connected to WiFi as well and I also live in the uk, so I'm not sure why I haven't received it yet. Is there any reason why?.

Andrew I have a problem after the update in November,  I only receive streaming in the left hearing aid.  I tried the steps above and it did not work.,  It is frustrating to know I spent a great deal of money on the s24  so I could stream my hearing ***** . With my handicap of loss of hearing, I depend on it to work properly
