AOD (Always on Display) Problems?

Hello does anyone know if Samsung are working on an update to allow users to manually adjust the brightness level of the AOD and to bring back the notification icons in colour the same as the apps on the homepage screens etc,as was on the S23/22+21 etc

It doesnt make sense. Why dont let the user select whatever he prefers? At least leave it as an option. Updates going backwards is really confusing...
