Allow app to make noise on mute/vibrate mode

Hello all, I'm trying to get the eufy cam app to make noise even on mute/vibrate mode when I receive notifications. I'd like to keep everything else on the main no noise mode but just this app to have sound. I read around but no one seemed to have a solution for this. The other solution I read was the "do not disturb" mode but it doesn't suit me. MTIA

Maybe with Tasker or similar automating apps

@TerrosoF: Do not disturb is the simplest way of implementing your request. Head to Settings > Notifications > Do not disturb > On > App notifications > Add apps > Select the cam app > Done. This will mute all other app notifications except for the selected app.

Thanks for getting back. Unfortunately I use DND for a different use case and was hoping this was solved. Good to know it wasn't solvable without DND here.
