Try rebooting the phone in safe mode.

Does it happen on both mobile data and wifi? Does it happen when you are connecting to any WiFi network?
It has all the signs of an ad blocker or some settings with the phone, the router or the Internet provider.
I think it is very difficult that the provider is blocking access to ads sites, but if you try connecting using mobile data and have wifi turn off, will test your network as the provider, then turn off data mobile and enable wifi. Of course you could try connecting to a different WiFi network as well. You could also try you WiFi with a different device.
The router might have some setting to block those sites. Connecting to other WiFi network, mobile data should rule that out.

Hi @Ginsing64
That looks like your duck duck go browser has some ad blocker and it is stopping the traffic to google add services.
It could also be that it is requiring a secure connection but some where in the chain there is a link to http instead of https.
Something that you could try is typing https://www.google.co.uk or https://duckduckgo.com/ on the address bar instead of using the automatic search.
