5G call drops

When my phone is connected to 5G, I can't call or receive calls. When I switch it to 4G in settings, there are no calls issues. 

Is there something wrong with my phone?

Hi,

Could be a network problem. Call them first to check if any 5G issues in your area. They'll do some troubleshooting with you too.

Olympia w14 I'm having trouble with my calls and Internet connection...is it possible that the build up of Olympia is the cause?

Does your network support VoNR?

yep it does and since that was enabled is when I started experiencing issues, is there a way to turn it off and go back to normal?
