Hello @Kbrooks
I use a UAG Monarch Pro Kevlar Magsafe case on my Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra, and it too has protected my phone from the occasional drop. 👍
However depending on the height and angle the phone hits the floor , and what type of floor it's hit the sPen can be ejected slightly from the phone's silo ,which can if unlucky can cause some damage.
In my opinion Samsung hasn't cut back on the materials, and quality of workmanship of the sPen.
You've unfortunately been unfortunate.
If i can be of any further help please don't hesitate to ask 😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

I am on my 3rd pen. I do have a tendency to drop my phone, so I have a pretty solid case. I've been a samsung user for about 20 years and this is the first time I've had any issues. The first pen came out of its housing when I dropped the phone, so it snapped, which is totally plausible. But the second time, I picked up my phone and the pen fell out of its housing already broken. I presume it broke inside the housing when previously dropped. At this point I'm considering buying an alternative (a cheap knock off) as I have a feeling this won't be my last pen 😔.

I've never broken an S-Pen but I have replaced ones that were lost.
There was one year where there was no built in spot for a pen and the pen had to reside in an extra spot in the case.
I trust the S25 Ultra will continue the tradition of the Note and its built in Pen.
