Seems like a common problem but my S23 is constantly having both WiFi and network connection issues when trying to connect to the internet. Keeps disconnecting. Is an issue both at home and away from the house.

Regularly need to toggle WiFi or mobile data switches on & off or restart the phone to fix the issue many times a day. But then returns. My software is up to date. Have reset network settings but that didn't work. Slightly reluctant to do anything with my Sky router as the issue happens away from home at work or public WiFi as well.

Any suggestions? Haven't tried factory reset unless it has worked for others? Thanks.

Could this be your Sim Card @VKPhone  ?

As a process of elimination can you try your sim card in another phone and if possible another sim card in your phone  ?

Also you can run the diagnostic tool in your Samsung Members app.

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone for the issues you've raised.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate. Take care.  😎

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.

My S23 Ultra is running great but since March update I do occasionally lose signal just totally dives in and out even when standing in same area for a while. Doesn't happen often but occasionally

As an update I went through Samsung's tech support today with them having remote access to run diagnostics on the phone. The person was very helpful but struggled to run the test and conclusion was that as a last resort try disabling my VPN to see if that makes a difference. I did that and was working ok but she also recommended a hard reset which I've just done (painful to set everything up again). If this doesn't work over the next day or two then she said to return the phone to Samsung.

I created an account just to thank you. Your mention of VPN causing the issue made me look at my tailscale app. Disabling the tailscale connection solved my issue. I was losing data thruput every few minuets even though the connection showed solid.  This was happening both on wifi and cellular. I am glad you didnt listen to folks telling you not to post.
