I have a Samsung S23+ and when connecting to a WiFi 6E network (so on 6GHz spectrum) - the phone will successfully connect to the WiFi 6E network and get an IP address but Internet is not accessible. When I disable the 6GHz band and have only 2.4GHz and 5GHz running on the router then all is fine (Internet is accessible). Router is an ASUS ET8 updated with latest firmware and the Samsung S23+ is updated to latest One UI version 6.1 and Android version 14 (security patch level of August 1, 2024). Other devices (non-Samsung) connect without any issue (Internet is accessible).

This is still an issue today unfortunately after the September 2024 update for the S23+.

I just found I'm having the same issue trying to connecting to my U7 Pro from my S23 (regular S23).
It says the password is incorrect, however I've validated the password is correct.
I confirmed my Windows 11 laptop is connected on 6GHz, so it's not an issue with the AP.
I'll submit something through the Samsung members app as well, this sucks.

I'm having the same issue with my U7 Pro but I have a S23+. 6Ghz works fine on my Windows 11 as well. Really frustrating.

I just did a normal upgrade (no factory reset or anything) of my S23+ to One UI version 7.0 and Android version 15 and WiFi 6E works great now finally! 👍
