Focus and zoom picture

My phone is not working properly with the focus and the zoom camera cames very blur images not even using less zoom.

Hi @raiem86. Does this happen when you're using the default Camera app? Does it happen on other apps like Snapchat, Instagram, etc.?

I would suggest that you try these steps to see if it helps:

1. Try a soft reset. Press and hold the Power and Volume Down buttons for 10 seconds until the phone restarts.
2. Make sure your software is updated. Go into Settings > Software update > Download and install.

I did try that steps aswell already and it improved a tiny bit not that much .thank you for your help
