I have tried everything, and at my wits end. Samsung tell me its a set up problem with o2. I have spent hours on the phone to o2 who keep resetting the settings and tell me everything is set correctly. Does anyone have any ideas please. Thank you

Have O2 sent the settings to your device?

No I have just spoke to their support which as you probably know can take quite a while to get through.

Ok so they need to provision WiFi calling on your account and (I think) send settings to your device.

When I did this with Vodafone, I too struggled to get it all to work so a reboot of the device was needed.

Okay. I think I'll try the o2 shop see if they can help. Thanks very much for your response 👍 😀

If you have the My O2 app
Scroll down to the bottom. Tap on veiw all
Go into device details
Here you should have WiFi and 4G calling
Here you should have the option to activate WiFi calling if your device is supported on your account

Then go into the phone app on the phone
Tap on the 3 dots top right corner
Go into settings
Scroll down to till you see WiFi calling
