My whatsapp keeps cutting out, this started happening 3 months ago and I don't know how to fix it. It's getting really bad to the point where I could only get 2 words from a whole sentence. Any idea on how to fix this?

Hi, you may want to try checking for any updates to the app first. However, If you are already running the latest version, then try cleaning its cache by going to Settings>Apps. Tap on WhatsApp from the list. Tap on Storage. Tap on Clear cache.
If that doesn't help, then consider uninstalling the app altogether and reinstalling it.

I am also having an issue with What's App constantly crashing. It appears to crash consistently when messaging with a specific person (they aren't having any issues).

I have

*cleared cache

*unistalled and reinstalled what's app (multiple times)

*updated os

*virus scanned

*tested on another handset (with and without SIM)

* deleted the number of the most affected contact and wiped their chat before readding

Any ideas?

Similar to the other reports my WhatsApp is failing to deliver messages I have sent, or sometimes deleting them from my view. I have noticed that you can still see the first line in the header for the chat, even though it has disappeared from view. I have also cleared the cache and uninstalled several times. I have also tried switching on disappearing messages to see if that makes any immediate difference - to no avail.

It's very annoying and I'm disappointed to see no further suggested solutions or acknowledgment from Samsung of an issue
