Whats the symbol tht appears above text box when using spen to text

• Hi folks kinda not long back to the Samsung family I had a few oppos (I know before anyone says just didn't have the money at the time as I buy phones outright this costing me a cool £1599 1tb model) anyways what's this pop up tht keeps appearing when using spen to text. Often use it as I use alot of slang words (Scottish) If someone could explain what each symbol does tht would be awesome. Its when you come out of handwriting mode an tap the text box with the pen also is there anyway tht tapping the box with the pen reopens instead of using my finger Peace out folks an as always take it easy

Thts the widget am on about. Sorry couldn't for the life of me work out how to attach a photo to original post. You'd think after a year of having my s23 ultra I'd of worked everything out but naw

The thing you've circled is the writing tool bar. I've written on what each symbol means. You should be able to tap an empty part of the text box with the s pen to re-enable the tool bar.

Cheers buddy much appreciated. Do you know if there's away tht you can tap the pen on the text box if you move away for whatever reason instead of your finger like to reopen the box. Thanks for replying much appreciated. Hope life's being kind to you😊

Yeah, you should be able to just tap the pen in an empty space in the text box and the tool bar will reappear. It auto disappears if you don't type anything for a few seconds
