weird scratches the new S23 Ultra

I received my samsung last Friday and after just 3 days it had weird scratches, I don't put it with keys or corners. And there it is as if it has gorilla glass -1 and not the latest version. I spoke with the SVP and they answered me that it contains a protection which can be removed. but I found that it contains nothing and that it is indeed the direct screen. so please find me a solution. either another phone or return it

The right hand side "scratch" is a impact mark on close inspection.

Mad to me that people want to point the blame on Samsung or someone else when it's clearly you that can't look after your phone properly

I've learnt to video my un boxing of tech then there's real proof with date and time it looks like the phone in tje pick has been put on a table face down or similar.

Samsung accepted the change and sayed that there is a real problem, so my friend i dont know who are you or why you speak like this, but  hope that the same think happen to you and we will se if you will accept this or not
