You can change with Lockstar from Good Lock

You can but this option was integrated.

Not all of the options are available in Good Lock either.

Outside sunlight, I can't see almost anything from AOD. Very annoying

Clock style can be changed by long pressing the clock while active in AOD.
Also via settings>cover screen>clock style

There's no cover screen section in the main settings page?

Long press for AOD doesn't work either.

Really? You have to actually have the smart cover on to see the setting.
