transferring data to s23 ultra

I just got the s23 ultra. I am trying to transfer data from my old note 10

the smartswitch app via cable is stuck and does not manage to compete the transfer ( i tried clearing cache) I switched cables nothing works

I've tried to do wireless transfer between the device - but it doesn't work ( I have a lot of data on the 10)

any ideas how to transfer the data? any idea whats the problem?

Try clearing smart switch apps data and cache than try again with cable

You are better off buying a USB memory stick. Copy the data you want onto the stick. Then plug into the S23U and copy over. You'll need an OTG adapter. You'll need two, one with the right connection for the S10. Then one for the Ultra. It's very fast and easy.

Buy Google One storage and you don't have to worry about such things.

I've got Google One but it's just easier to do it manually, and cheaper.
