Stuck in safe mode 😭

Hi everyone. Hope somebody can help me 🙏🏻 I've intalled the latest update on my S23 ultra today and my phone is going crazy since then. I cannot exit the safe mode at all since it has put itself right after update. I've tried to turn it off but the screen is turning itself off and on all the time which makes it unresponsive. I cannot unlock the screen at all. When I press the power and volume button for 15-20 second it does it turn itself off and back on again but does the same thing over and over again. After multiple tries it has enter the reboot mode and then it started in safe mode which I cannot exit no matter how I try. I've also tried to connect it to my PC to back up all data I have on my phone but PC doesn't even detect the phone as connected. I cannot acces the drop down feature on main screen at all either. Has anyone experienced this problem? If yes how did you manage to get out of it?

P.S. I have also uninstalled the newest app that I downloaded andbit still the same.

Thank you for link. I have watched this video and tried all of the methods given except factory reset as I do not want to loose all my pictures and other data but it doesn't work for me. I'm stuck 😭

I've got the same issue as you but I've also tried the factory reset the thing is my phone is very broken but I can't afford to fix it and that's why it's bugging but I'm not sure but if you've managed to get out of safe mode let me know how

My wife's phone did an update overnight and since then, her phone in stuck in safe mode. No access through plugging into a PC. Can't access anything past the phone unlock screen, no slide down for the notification panel...

Anyone found a way to fix this? Thanks

I had the same problem and unfortunately I had to reset my phone to factory settings. I've lost absolutely everything I had on the phone - phone numbers, pictures and everything else. It seems that there is no other way to get your phone functionality back.

It seems that factory reset was the only way of getting phone functionality back. That is the only thing that worked for me...
