@Samoyeds: To address any potential software issues, please head to Settings > Apps > Camera > Force stop > Storage > Clear cache > Press and hold the Side button > Restart.
If the lines remain visible, then please open the Phone app > Keypad > Dial *#0*# > Select 'Megacam' > Take a few pictures as you would normally. Are the lines visible in any of the resulting images?
If so then please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the page > Contact us, and reach out via your preferred contact method, and an advisor will be on hand to assist you further.
