I have been with Samsung since S7 and am so disappointed now! Bought S23 Ultra for its superior camera performance with 5 cameras - and it turned out that I can't even make a simplest shot as the camera always freezes a second or two after initiation. Sometimes just a black screen, sometimes "camera failed" message, sometimes vertical lines in video mode...
I have tried everything: soft reboot, hard reset (with volume down and power button hold), factory reset. It all started happenning after the phone was FOTA updated to One Ui 6.1 and Camera 14.1.01.17 version. Sadly, some ridiculous safety protection doesn't allow me to rollback firmware to 6.0, even with Odin. Samsung apparently dropped the ball completely, no response from support team, nothing...

As you have pretty much exhausted all the self help troubleshooting steps i would suggest to set up a Repair

Same here sir, S23 Ultra is not good even the front camera is blur.
