Hi @Benn56 ,This is from my UK Z Flip4 on One UI 6.1, so it may differ, but hopefully it'll help point you in the right direction:
Modes and Routines > Modes, and tap into the one listed that's got a 'star' icon next to it, and 'Turn off'.
Or pull down your Notification panel from the top twice to get the full view, and tap the 'star' icon. (You may need to scroll to find it; and once tapped the icon and label will turn in to a 'Modes' one that you can tap into to get into the above 'Modes and routines' screen and re-enable or add/edit/delete custom modes).
