Spotify shuffle

Hi everyone. I don't know if this is the best place to ask but i have a problem with my spotify shuffle lately. I use the smart shuffle when listening to my playlist and it used to give actually shuffled songs playing but now..no matter what song i choose, i always get the same songs in the same order after the first song finishes. I'm sorry if i didn't explain it well. Basically, the songs in the queue are always the same, when i want them to actually be shuffled and give me different songs. Does anyone know why is this happening?

For starters, and not to be snarky, you'll receive better responses at the Spotify community.

Just now I enabled the shuffle function (the overlapping right facing arrows) and the app responded accordingly.

Instead of wasting a lot of time with this, I'd simply either uninstall the app and reinstall it or go to Settings / Apps / Spotify and Force stop or Storage - Delete cache.  

If you still have this issue the Spotify community would be the place to ask.

Don't have Premium? If you're on our free service, you can only shuffle music except on certain Spotify playlists such as those made for you. Upgrade to Premium to have full control over listening.
