Software update bug

I have a problem, sir. Could you please solve this bug?
 
Bug details: If I access the saved Reels site, my phone lags for 10 seconds, then automatically closes the app.
 
I am using a Samsung S23, and this started happening frequently after a recent software update.
 
Please address this issue.

I'd delete your Instagram username from your post. This is Samsung support, and this seems like an Instagram problem.

But try
Go to Settings > Apps > Instagram > Force stop > Storage > Clear cache. Restart device.

@1006: Just a note to say that I have edited your post to remove your Instagram username for data protection purposes. 

If your issue persists after attempting the steps above, then please try uninstalling/reinstalling Instagram to see if this helps. Alternatively, head to the Google Play Store > Tap on your profile in the top right > Manage apps and device > Updates, and check for any available updates from here. I'd also suggest pressing and holding the Side button > Restart, as this will resolve any temporary software issues which might be affecting the phone's performance.
