I assume you have not ever changed your CSC code of your phone, or done any changes to its original configuration?
Do you use it in the country it was purchased ?
I don't believe there is a fix for this. Although your handset may be eligible for beta testing and you have received an invitation, perhaps your sim or location is stopping this.
