Smartswitch failure

I transferred my data from my S21 to S23. 

Everything transferred great EXCEPT my secure/locked folder. 

I want to attempt to restore my previous backup, but not sure if it will override my existing files/settings. 

How do I go about this?

Take data out of secure folder then move it then put it back in secure folder on s23. Smart switch does not transfer secure folder

Did not know that and old phone factory reset already. 

Is there a root folder I can look in and see if I can find it? I can't find it under my backups on Google drive - rookie mistake 2. 

So does this mean I lost all that content?

Unless you had you had moved all the data before hand and moved it to a different folder say in Google secure folder that Google has you've probably lost the files.

This happened to me, I lost some treasured memories. I'm very upset.
