S23 Ultra 10x zoom camera module has a blurry picture

Hi to all.

I have an issue with my  10x camera module. After starting of the Camera app I switch to 10x zoom, there is a very often blurry image for approx. 5 second. I found some mentions about the same issue but I can not find any result how to solve this issue. I have last updates, I tried factory reset. Nothing helped.

Is it software or hardware failure?

How to solve this issue?

This is hardware issue with autofocus, it's covered by warranty.

Workaround is to start the camera in vertical (portrait) position, I zoom x10 and after that I rotate the phone in Landscape mode and autofocus is working at x10 with sharp pictures.

Yes, this works. Is there another way, you mention it being covered by warranty?

The service has changed the whole camera module by warranty
