i had someone from Samsung UK messaging me and saying they're looking into this
i guess is a bug hopefully will be fixed via an update

am pretty sure smartview only works if they ARE on the same wifi network
mine are - but they wont connect - so maybe you had a different issue

it works both on Wifi AND Bluetooth...but wifi is the best one
so she must have her bluetooth on
