Can't get off beta program? Stuck on October 2023 update

I can't update to 6.1? My phone says software is up to date but it's on 6.0?? Smart switch via pc says the same thing. The members app says update to official software but how?? Its 2024 and I'm still on lat years update. I don't know what to do. Everytime I restart I get the beta program message, even though I already withdrew? Helppp

It is quite late to notify of this issue ? The beta for android 6 ended around a year ago.

Can I ask if you are using the phone hardware in its intended region ? It will NOT get an 'over the air' update correctly if the phone is used in the wrong location.

As an example 'a UK phone in India' or an Asian phone in Europe.

Please check your region code and usage.

If you are out of region then you can still.update it, but you will need a PC and the Smartswitch app to perform this update.

Hi yes, I bought it online from Samsung in the uk and I am still in the uk. I've connected via smart switch but it says up to date? I've asked Samsung via thier chat service, they don't seem to understand that I've been on the beta for over a year now, they keep telling me to wait for 6.1 to rollout on my device but one ui 7 is about to release soon. Its ridiculous

Sorry to hear of your issues ref beta for One UI6.

I am assuming that at some point during the One UI6 beta, you decided not to continue and chose to withdraw? I suspect the withdrawal wasn't completed correctly.

As @Iminvti has rightly intimated, you've left it very late to raise this. I vaguely recall a tiny number of other members having a similar issue so you'll need to do a search on the forum and wade through a load of threads to find how they fixed it unless the Moderation Team can assist?

Can you get to a Samsung Experience Store or a Samsung Service Centre for support. 

This would be Possibly be the next option if your still stuck.

Looks like you didn't officially withdraw from the Beta program last year after the program ended. Did you not do a final update when you were informed it was finishing?

Did any one got solution to this problem? 
Still have the One UI 6.0 on my device since 1 oct 2023, 
So frustrating buying a new phone, and not having updates.
