Sleep Mode/Do Not Disturb not allowing Favorites

I've had the S23U since the release date. I had it setup to receive sound notifications from favorite contacts when in sleep mode/Do Not Disturb mode. About a month or so ago that stopped working. I've tried every setting switch possible on the phone and watch and it still won't work. Anyone else had this issue and have a solution?

Did restart the phone and also clean phone partition?

Same problem, had the phone for about 1-2 months dnd was working as intended. Then all of sudden it stopped listening to my settings. For example, i have set snapchat notifications to not alert or show pop up but it still shows with dnd turned on. Really annoying when I am sleeping.

I just discovered that Sleep mode and the regular Do Not Disturb mode have separate DND settings. I also discovered that calls from favorite contacts stopped working sometime in the past. I think Samsung changed this a while ago.

I managed to fix this by going to the DND settings via Modes and Routines. When I went there for the first time, the settings were blank. See my screenshots below on how to access it:

In here you can allow calls, messages and/or apps, while including favorite calls for calls and/or messages.
