Stuttery animations

Iv noticed lately my s23 ultra is stuttery, laggy, just like the bad old s22 ultra days. Very disappointing as iv had it for a few weeks and it's been great up until now. (Yes iv restarted. Yes, iv turned down animations, turned animations off and reset the phone etc) I really hope this isn't the start of going back to lagging and jitters again like we've had to put up with for years. One ui is fast and intuitive. But if the animations are off we might as well go back to touch whizz

The only app that shows this for me is the twitter app @Hal900 

Sone have suggested changing the refresh rate in the phone's settings..

Have you tried using a different launcher and seeing if that makes a difference?

I've been using Nova Launcher 8 Beta and for me it blows the One UI Launcher away, even with animations and scrolling. It also doesn't feel as heavy as the Samsung launcher, so you're less inclined to see the issues you've described.

Iv tried nova etc. No difference. Iv changed from qhd to fhd and it seems to be a bit better
