S23 Ultra and galaxy watch 4 notifications

hi all, i have recently got a S23 Ultra, i have been having issues with my galaxy watch 4, where i am not receiving WhatsApp notifications to my watch 4.

with my previous S20+ i had no issues with watch notifications, issue only arrised with my S23 Ultra. i have gone through all the notification settings and all seems ok, any help?

@mubz23: For clarity, have you tried accessing the Galaxy Wearable app on your S23 Ultra, and heading to Watch settings > Notifications > App notifications, and making sure that WhatsApp is toggled on from here? If it is, are you wearing your Watch4, and is it connected to your phone when the notifications fail to come through? To double check your settings in the meantime, please head to Settings > Notifications > Show phone notifications on watch, and set your conditions from here.

I've been having issues on my watch 5 Pro with whatsapp notifications including having the same notification multiple times over a few days and also missing out on notifications. This has only started over the past few weeks. Using the S23 ultra.

Had the exact same problem with my recently purchased S23 Ultra with Watch4 not getting WhatsApp notifications. All settings on phone, wearable app, on the watch done. Still not working. Please check and fix it!
