I have placed my sim card in slot2 instead slot1 - I was prety sure that slot1 has an issue and that sprin'g'sh plastic thing that holds sim card on slot 2 supposed to be in slot 1 as well buuut it seems like slot1 doesn't have that platic spring'ish thing. However, the query is: does it make aaany odd for phone or system or UI of s23u if the only one sim card sits in slot 2 instead slot 1? Personaly I doubt but... maybe it does matter.

Absolutely no problem with that.

Your phone will just tell you your sim card is in slot 2 i.e when sending a text or making a call etc @BkCha

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
