Setting up s23 ultra from new

Have just received my new s23 ultra phone, I started to set up but I must have done something wrong. I am stuck on QR code and can't get out of it, so I am unable to set it up. Can anybody help me with a solution to this issue.

Have you tried to power down the phone?

Failing that holding power and volume up for a few seconds should trigger a restart
