They are rolling it out in phases depending on if phone locked on any network. Give it time it will come i have s25 base model

this is completely normal to receive an update within a year or less than a year. I hope you understand..... From the Samsung support team when I contacted them on the update!!!

I have an unlocked S24 bought directly from Samsung... Still no updates!!!!

No news on how the rollout is going except that they was issues with some users with S24 models having issues downloading the software update yesterday it may have been paused but no further word on that issue.

Heya! One Ui 7 will likely release in the beginning of next month judging by the current rollout. Please be patient.
