First thing to do is to restart your phone if you haven't already.
Also check in settings to see what's running on your phone, as something is using processing power in the background.
Have you downloaded anything in the last week that coincides with this issue?
Might be worth if you haven't doing a wipe partition cache on the phone.
Some apps or themes can use quite a lot of battery and RAM in the phone.
