Hi what's everyone's using as a screen protector for the 23 plus and ultra?

Adding on to the suggestion provided by Glenntech, if you are able to go to an experience store, you can also get a glass one from them.

I've never used a screen protector and I've only had one minor micro scratch in the last six years or so. 

For me, using a screen protector, is like buying a very nice sofa and then covering it in plastic.

I just use a bumper.
