Screen only working with S pen after UI 6.1 update

I updated my phone this afternoon to UI 6.1

Since this my screen doesn't work with touch, it will only work with my S pen. Has this happened to anybody else, and does anybody know how I can fix this?

Only one other instance on here that I can find with this issue. No fix reported as yet.

Things to try are boot to safe mode to see if issue goes away or wipe cache partition.

Tried this and it didn't work. I've tried resorting to factory settings and that hasn't worked either. Think I need to take it to Samsung. Such a pain

Yes it is. Unusual for an official update to cause such a profound error like that. Good luck.

Just done this update and my screen also doesn't work and the pen is the only thing.
