To keep your Samsung screen on during calls (even speakerphone):
- Enable "Keep screen on while viewing" in Settings > Advanced features > Motions & gestures.
- Use Smart Stay: Settings > Display > Advanced features > Smart Stay.
- Set up a Bixby Routine: Bixby Routines app > If: Phone connected (speakerphone option) > Then: Display > Screen timeout (longer duration).
- Double-tap to wake up screen.
- Consider 3rd-party apps (cautiously) like "Caffeine" or "Keep Screen On."
Remember, keeping the screen on permanently drains battery. Choose the option that best suits your needs.

I simply double tap the screen when it goes to black to wake it up.
Not the answer you're looking for, I know.

Pretty poor that in the current environment that Samsung itself does not have a useful solution to an everyday situation. Many businesses end up with you in a phone queue - sometimes for ages - so having the phone screen turn off after seconds is very frustrating. The "solutions" offered
"Keep screen on while viewing" - does not work on a phone sitting on my desk
"Smart Stay" - there is no "Advanced Features" menu in "Display"
Bixby - third party app - why? - same for "consider third party apps"
Double Tap - doesn't work once screen is fully asleep - and why should I have to?
"Drains battery" - after a day of use, my phone is typically 70-80% of charge remaining with no daytime top up - this is not an issue.

Unfortunately there just isn’t a way it used to drive me insane. I wouldn’t recommend a 3rd party app as it will probably be draining your bank account rather than keeping the screen on

The settings on my A14 do NOT include "Smart Stay" or "Keep screen on while viewing" in Settings > Advanced features > Motions & gestures--how can that be?
