I have just purchased an s23 fe and after using it for 2 days, I am certain there is an issue with my battery.
I have been at work today and the battery has dropped 62 % while I have hardly used it.
App usage only totals around 30 %
I have the device in power save mode and brightness etc turned down.
Does this sound wrong? I am thinking of returning the phone

What does it say in Device Care Section under Battery in regards to what's using the battery @lfc9

Some who have used Smartswitch have reported glitches in the past..

The phone's battery is in a learning phase for around 1 to 2 weeks approximately however it shouldn't drop that fast.

I'd agree to have it swapped out.

Can you run the optimisation tool found in your Samsung Device Care as it'll say if there's any excessive battery usage.

Also run the diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.

Another step before sending it back is to try >

Clear Cache Files from the phone's System Partition Section  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to insert your earphones or hook upto a powered On Laptop or use a Tv's USB Port to access the Clear Partition Section. This may help with lag or stutters as this clears the phone of old/unused or broken cache files. There is also a Repair Apps option in the Menu System too.

And

Safe Mode  > https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ turns off downloaded apps and themes etc which may highlight an app or theme that's causing conflict.

I have already ran diagnostics and optimisation, the phone says everything is fine. The battery has dropped 6 % during this conversation and I haven't used it for anything else.

Ah OK as I said in my 1st reply the phone's battery will be in the initial Learning phase.

Let us know how you get on when this is completed or if you ask for a replacement.

If I can be of any further help then please don't hesitate to ask.  😎

S23FE charging issue

Hello bro, i had a problem with my s23fe, sometimes when i connect my phone to charger (eg. At 9%) it starts charging in superfast charge mode and then it stops charging for example at 70% and when i unplug the charger and plug it again it will switches on fast charging, is the problem with my Samsung DP 25W Charger or its phone problem ? It charges pretty well. Just this stop charging is annoying me, it happens sometimes for example 2 times in a week.

Thank you for hellping me and read this text.
