Samsung S23 ultra, wifi6 problem

Is it normal that I still have the Wifi6 problem with my samsung 23ultra ? 
I did a factory reset and all. The device is updated. 

Did someone found a solution ?

What router do you use? Wifi 6E (ax)?

I still have the same problem. Can't wait the have the android 14 update to see if the problem will be fix

My caller id does not work when wifi 6 or the high speed access Packet running, either. Plagued Samsung with error logs ,videos, photos etc and still the Samsung experts cannot help me.

Thats a router with wifi ax on board. That is probably causing the trouble. Until Samsung fix this (if it ever will), you can workaround it by in the router settings disable wifi6 ax protocol.

Receive android 14 update today November 22nd, 2023 in Canada. Seems to have fix the wifi6 problem.
