Hi ! My new Samsung S23 Ultra suddenly switched-off (battery level was about 50 percent) and does not switch on anymore. When I try to charge, the screen is black, no effect. No shocks, no mechanical damage, no problems before. Any advise ? Thanks. Aurimas

It might be similar to what my S23Ultra did overnight yesterday. It went from about 60% to zero while I was asleep. I left it to charge for a while and it was then ok. It looked like it was because some applications were not behaving well. Since then it has been fine.
Maybe if you leave your phone to charge longer it might then be able to turn on. I hope your phone starts working.
