Hey.
I've hade my S23 for only half a year or so, but a month ago this problem happened out of nowhere, where my audio is incredibly low, even on max, and the audio quality is noticably worse.
I've tried all of the fixes available on the internet; the absolute volume thing, the media settings, resetting my network and bluetooth connections etc etc, none of these things work.
What causes this? I've tried GalaxyBuds, AirPods, tethered headphones/in-ears, all of these things sound downright awful and even when the volume is on max it's so low, I'd say it's less than half of the volume it should be.
I use my phone mostly to listen to music, so the fact that I can't listen to music is a big problem for me.
Any fix? And I don't want to have any suggestions/tips on how to fix this issue if you can google these answers. I've looked for weeks now and I've tried everything that's available on forum posts, including Reddit and this forum.
And my phone is not damaged whatsoever, and I haven't downloaded any apps that would've caused this.
I know the earphones are not at fault because my earphones sound fine on my friends phone.
I even tried his earphones on his phone, where they were loud and fine, but then on mine just minutes later they were low quality and volume.
This is driving me nuts trying to figure it out.
