Samsung password issues

Hi there,

I work in phone shop, and we have been getting quite few Samsung devices coming back recently with passwords not being recognised . It varies from S to Z and A series. Is there a know issue with this? In some instances we got away by wiping the devices, in other, had to send away for a repair. Just wondering if there are any insights on this?

I haven't seen any posts about this on the forum so I don't know why you are experiencing this unless your customers are all very forgetful which would be very unlikely.

Ur customer can login to samsung find my and unlock the phone that way
