Samsung Messages not sending messages.

Hallo everyone. So I got me new S23 Ultra today and it does not sending SMS. I sent so far just few Messages and I noticed "long" messages are not received by my Partner but "short" ones are? Does Samsung have some king of old school 160 letters SMS limitation? I had S21 before and same problem - both on UI 6.0 and fully updated

@the_bart123  Whilst there is a 160 limit for 1 text  long messages should still be sent as multiple texts (not divided)  , have you checked if any issue with Network?  You could also try  RCS (Rich Communication Services) Chat .  https://www.pocket-lint.com/what-is-rcs-messaging/ 

However  an idea to Reset the Network Settings, go to  General Management-Reset. In One ui 6.0 can Reset Mobile Networks  and wifi/Bluetooth seperately.  can also check that there is no issue with Sim and after inspecting Reinsert.  otherwise may need to contact Network to check for instance you have the correct APN settings.

Hallo James. Sadly those things not work and since it is 1 day old S23U it was freshly installed yesterday.
SIM is 200% fine with 3 out of 4 bars signal RCS won't help as my partner has iPhone.
If not a single text would be sent - I would be more suspicious- but why long messages have problem but short not.
I even tried to to copy paste long message and sent 4 times NOT received - I've tried to send smile - received right away

Have you tried Google Messages to see if any differences with that app?

No I didn't- I hate its look and love Samsung real Black Theme in Samsung Messages.
Do you think it is a problem I've clicked on Google Messages "disable app" and restricted battery?

My messages are not sending either 🙃. I thought I was the only person. This is a business phone it's really annoying 😑.
Any advice, please
