Samsung members app

So I was getting flooded with the new update one UI version 6 beta on you tube and since I have the s23ultra I decided to try out the update and I was told I had to go into the samsung members app to register for it but after I downloaded the samsung members app I keep getting this message and I don't know what this means  and it keeps taking me to galaxy store an some one please help.

It could be a couple of things. If your phone is from a carrier this may not be available to you or the beta testing is full.
