Samsung mail Syncing problem

Hello everyone, I have a S23 Ultra and I really like Samsung mail app but it seems not to be able to download all created folders that I have created. I created a Receipts folder that has several folders in it. Is there a setting to have all the folders so up with in that one folder? MY ISP is using Googles G-mail for it host.

Any help would be appreciated

Where is it downloading from, what email service

Have you enabled the IMAP service in Gmail settings? You will need to access this via a PC/Mac/Chromebook.

My internet provider "Telus" uses Google G-mail as three host and when I look at the server setting in the mail app show imap.gmail.com" so I assume it IMAP services. On my MacBook Air and PC it shows all custom folders and can access them, just not in mail app on the ultra.

Have you created matching folders in Samsung email app?

Some times it's slightly slower but you got to go in settings and click your email profile. Where it says sync press all switches to in then for downloading images and documents make sure this is switched on job done

That doesn't work neither. It worked perfectly on the Galaxy S20+. Must be a bug.
