Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra - need help to enable PIN/Pattern to shut down or restart

Hi - Does someone know how to make my S23U ask for the PIN/Pattern when you press the restart or power off button ?

I saw one YouTuber (Mobiscrub) mention it on his Insta page but he didn't show how. I couldn't find a way via 'Routines' either.

Some people say that their phone does this by default but mine doesn't. 😞

Goto settings and then lock screen all should be there

It asks for the verification only if you try to switch of while the phone is locked, it won't ask if the phone is unlocked. You need to of course have a security option enabled on your phone.

Thanks for this. I was almost thinking my Own still allows me to turn off when Locked but it appears my face ID was unlocking it without my knowledge. My bad. 🙏
