Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus Camera blurring after 3x Zoom

Here's a video of my issue: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1DZuDL7IYsnl7cZ2R1Uosud0haI_C5h46/view?usp=drivesdk

Not sure if it's noticeable in the video, but lately my camera on my Samsung Galaxy S23+ has been having this weird almost blurry, brown grainy or faded "filter" look to my images and view. It's fine when not zoomed in past 3x, but then as soon as you zoom in past that it gets that weird effect. And when I zoom back out, it goes back to normal. I tried experimenting with a different environment in my living room aside from this attached video, and it does the same thing. Any help or suggestions?

Maybe one of these samsung downgrading measures

See if your lenses are 100% clean, if not that then that's weird. It does look like it switches between lenses once the grainy effect comes

It looks like there's a complete colour change between the two, so maybe the lens died or got stained or something?

It could be. It looks like something on the glass, as it's receiving light from the table light even when not pointed at it.

Yeah, not sure. I tried taking other pics with more light. Not sure if there's much improvement in the quality. I cleaned the lenses and restarted my phone before I took these pics:

Both sets of pics show the camera on less than 3x zoom in their first pic, and the second pic is taken on 3x+ zoom.

Yeah, that's the weird thing. It's like the lens changed as soon as I got past 3x, and the objects got bigger and more grainy/darker/washed out.

I think best course of action is calling Samsung up for repairs. It might even be a tech issue?

If this keeps up, might be something to look more into. I just know that people have been complaining a lot lately about features being removed or watered down in new Samsung UI updates. Was wondering if maybe something along those lines might be causing it.
