Samsung Alarm unable to play during call

my alarm would just beep fast 3 times and nothing.. and when i try to play sounds in alarm it says an error "unable to play during call" while i am NOT in any CALLS. it gets fixed when i restart but until a new call comes the problem comes back... and i recieve a lot of calls.... i cant just restart my phone every ***** time!

the only solution I've found (so far) it to force stop whatsapp and then start it up again.
this is a software bug that should be fixed urgently. seems like whatsapp isn't 'letting go' of a call once you hang up.
everybody on this topic should contact whatsapp support and hammer them about this bug.

Same issue for me and force stopping WhatsApp fixed it. Seems that when you've made a phone call on WhatsApp it's not letting the phone know you've hung up so playing alarms fails and so does music over bluetooth (my WhatsApp calls are also over bluetooth)

Teams call caused the same issue
