Have you done any troubleshooting steps to try and resolve? Does the same happen with any other charger/cable?
I'd also consider submitting an error report g. Click support > error log > power/charging and explain in detail the issue you're experiencing and attach system log to it.
Strange cause my charging my partner aswell as my co workers are all charging perfectly, the only time I get over 2h charge time is using a weaker plug, such as a old iPhone plug or amazon kindle plug
