Many people have this issue after the August update in S23ULTRA.So try it yourself: start the 200 lens go to the camera assistant and close the option adaptive pixel. Return to the 200 lens and suddenly everything is dark and also the exposure on the screen doesn't work... If not then you are from the lucky ones!(and yes we clear cache and storages from both applications , uninstall it and install it again,same thing)
Tried it a couple of times and mine seems to be fine Might be something that is fixed in the next update Can only suggest providing feedback in the support section on the Members App The more that do, the better information they will have to remedy it
This is because i am the one who find this bug and if you also go to Reddit it's me that i am telling to the others trying to find how many People have this issue. My statistics till now says that every ten people the six of them have this issue.
You did the right thing. I also wrote critic under the camera assistant app in Galaxy store... I comment it in Reddit and I also find some people there being surprised that they have the same issue,, also in myphone.gr(greek forum)
