My S23 Ultra no longer wants to charge or connect to Android Auto in our Volkswagen Passat B8. Tried many cables and all the same issue. Sometimes it displays an error that the charging is slow and I need to check the cable connection. It used to work fine a few weeks ago. I feel it's software related as all cables work fine elsewhere.
What I tried:
- Many cables
- Reset phone settings
- Remove USB cache and data
- Reset car to factory settings
- Slow 5w charger at home (works)
